IBH OPC UA Server/Client is a server interface for KEPServerEX that provides client applications (such as MES and SCADA systems) with seamless and secure access to industrial automation data.

OPC UA is a modern industrial automation communication protocol that is increasingly used to collect and manipulate data from traditional local applications as well as Industrial IoT and Industry 4.0 applications and platforms. It is an open standard that allows the KEPServerEX OPC UA Server Interface to seamlessly connect to OPC UA client applications running on any operating system, as well as web clients.

OPC UA offers built-in security through the use of certificate exchange and point-to-point encryption methods. With advanced diagnostics for OPC UA, KEPServerEX keeps your data safe and makes it easy to troubleshoot client-server communication problems.

The OPC UA server interface can be used with an OPC UA client driver to securely tunnel industrial data to a legacy OPC Data Access (DA) client or any proprietary client interface supported by KEPServerEX.
